The Whitecap Pavilion is the open-sided structure on the Harbourfront where Kenora puts on free music and entertainment through the summer. Local bands, touring acts, and the regular Tuesday and Friday night programmes draw a crowd that spreads out across the surrounding lawn with chairs and blankets. The setting on the water is the appeal — backdrop of cottages and forested islands, breeze off the lake.
