The Lynn Valley Trail follows an old railway corridor for about 10 km between Simcoe and Port Dover. It is an easy walk or cycle, with mixed woods, wetlands, open fields, and stretches along the Lynn River.
It is a good break from the beach scene, especially in spring and autumn when the trail is quieter and the river valley has more colour.
