Port Dover Harbour Museum tells the town's working-waterfront story. Part of it is housed in an old fisherman's net shanty, with exhibits on commercial fishing, Lake Erie shipwrecks, shipbuilding, rum running, and the nearby Long Point coast.
It is small, local, and useful before or after a walk along the harbour. The outdoor pieces, including the old fishing tug and river access, make it feel connected to the water rather than sealed off from it.
