St. Mary Catholic Church

St. Mary Catholic Church, Our Lady of Czestochowa Queen of Poland, stands on a hill east of the village. The parish dates to the first Kashubian and Polish settlers in the area, and the grounds look over the folds of the Madawaska Valley.

The church is the best place to understand Wilno at a glance: faith, settlement, Polish memory, and the landscape all in one modest hilltop stop.
