Parc Boisé du Quai links Baie-Saint-Paul to the water: beach, wharf, river mouth, and open views toward the St. Lawrence. At low tide the flats can stretch far out, changing the scale of the bay.
It is a good counterweight to the gallery streets. Walk here when you want air, light, and a clearer sense of the landscape that made Charlevoix famous.
