Mont Rigaud is a low, forested hill rising from the otherwise flat Ottawa River valley. It is not high, but it gives the town its shape and its reason to linger: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, autumn colour, and views through mixed forest.
In spring and autumn, bring bug repellent and expect muddy sections on the trails.
