Aux Trois Couvents is a local history museum in Château-Richer, a short drive from Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. It covers the Côte-de-Beaupré from the 17th century onward, with archaeological remains, schoolroom displays and everyday objects from the region.
It is a modest museum, but a useful one if you want context for the old settlements along the north shore of the St Lawrence. Pair it with the basilica or Montmorency Falls rather than making it a stand-alone excursion.
