Boréalis tells the story of Trois-Rivières as a paper-making city. The museum occupies a former filtration plant near the river and uses the building well, connecting factory work, timber, water, and the people who made the industry run.
It pairs naturally with Forges du Saint-Maurice: one site explains iron, the other paper, and together they give the city a stronger identity than its highway setting suggests.
