Salto de Soroa is a 35-metre waterfall reached by a short path near the upper village. In wetter periods it is the most satisfying stop in Soroa: cool air, rock, forest, and a pool where people often swim.
The fall can be modest in the dry season, but the walk and the setting still make sense if you are already here for the orchid garden.
