The main interior road across Grenada — the route from St George's to Grenville on the east coast — crosses the reserve directly past the visitor centre. From St George's the drive is about 40 minutes by car, climbing steadily through Willis and Constantine. The road is narrow, twisty and busy with minibus traffic; renting a car gives independence but requires confidence on Caribbean mountain roads.
From the cruise terminal or any of the south-coast resort areas, taxi drivers and tour operators will arrange a half-day or full-day trip that combines Grand Etang with Annandale Falls and perhaps one of the spice estates. Public minibuses on the St George's–Grenville route pass the visitor centre on request, but timing the return can be tricky.
