A small French-inspired spot on Calle Real Centenario that feels like it belongs in a much bigger city. Le Moulin does proper coffee, fresh pastries, and light meals with a European sensibility that sets it apart from the typical comedor fare elsewhere in town.
Open Monday through Saturday until 9:30pm, it works equally well for a late breakfast or an early dinner. The menu bridges Honduran and French influences — you might find crepes alongside baleadas. The interior is compact but well kept, and prices are reasonable by any standard.
