Faro Inclinado is the little landmark that gives Puerto Morelos' waterfront its oddest silhouette. The old lighthouse was pushed into its famous tilt by Hurricane Beulah in 1967, and rather than demolish it, the town let it remain as a stubborn seaside emblem.
It takes only a few minutes to see, but it anchors the beach walk near the pier and main square. Come early or near sunset, when the light is kinder and the waterfront feels more like a town than a tour stop.
