El Geiser is the busy, family-friendly face of Tecozautla's hot springs. It is a full water park rather than a quiet spa, with pools, slides, steam, camping areas, and the theatrical sight of geothermal vapour rising from the ground.
Go expecting noise and people, especially on weekends. The draw is the setting and the heat of the water, not silence.
