Tecozautla's centre is small, colourful, and easy to enjoy between bigger outings. The clock tower, parish church, plaza, and narrow streets give the town its Pueblo Magico face.
It will not fill a full day by itself, but it gives the hot-spring town enough texture that you feel you are visiting a real place, not just a cluster of pools.
