The Embarcadero Municipal is Valle de Bravo's front porch on Lake Avandaro. Boats leave from here for short cruises, water taxis cross the lake, and the promenade is busy with families, vendors, and weekend visitors posing by the town letters.
It is touristy, but not in a way you need to avoid. Come late in the day, when the light softens on the hills and the lake starts to carry the sound of music and boat engines back toward town.
