Valle de Bravo is one of Mexico's best-known paragliding towns. Tandem flights usually launch from hills outside town and circle down toward views of the lake, the red roofs, and the forested slopes around Avandaro.
You do not need to fly to appreciate it; watching pilots hang in the afternoon thermals is part of the town's look. If you do book a flight, use an established operator and be flexible about timing, since wind and cloud can move the schedule around.
