Playa Forti is a coarse-sand fishermen's beach at Westpunt, reached by a steep ramp and steps from the clifftop restaurants. The view from above—boats, blue water, and Curaçao's western tip—is stronger than the beach itself.
Local jumpers sometimes leap from the cliff near the restaurant. That does not make it a managed or risk-free activity: submerged hazards and sea conditions change, and there is no reason to copy them without reliable local guidance.
