Iglesia San Sebastian

Iglesia San Sebastian preserves the ruins of an 18th-century church damaged during the fighting against the Somoza dictatorship in 1979. A modern roof now protects the surviving walls, making the site a small but direct reminder of Leon's layered religious and political history.

It is best seen as part of a walk through central Leon's churches, museums, and revolutionary landmarks.
