Arroyo Pueblo is the historic town center, with the parish church, Spanish-style plaza, municipal buildings, and small streets grouped close enough for an easy walk. It is not a major monument district, but it gives context to Arroyo's older civic life and pairs naturally with the Old U.S. Customs House and the waterfront.
