Las Delicias is a pair of small waterfalls tucked just off PR-533 in the high country between Ciales and Jayuya. The appeal is not scale; it is the ease of stepping out of the car, hearing water in the trees, and suddenly being in a cool green pocket of the mountains.
The falls are close to the road but not a managed theme-park stop. Wear shoes that can get wet, and do not count on clear signs.
