Ciales Pueblo is the compact historic centre of town, arranged around the traditional plaza, Roman Catholic church, municipal buildings, and surrounding streets of shops. It is the easiest place to get a feel for Ciales before heading to the coffee museum or the mountain viewpoints nearby.
Park once and walk the plaza area slowly; the appeal is the everyday townscape rather than a single monument.
