This roadside lookout honours Juan Antonio Corretjer, the Ciales-born poet and nationalist, and gives a broad view over the town and surrounding hills. It is a short stop, but a useful one: the landscape opens up, and Ciales' mountain setting becomes plain.
Pair it with the Coffee Museum rather than treating it as a destination on its own.
