The Orange Beach History Museum is modest, but it gives the resort town a past. Housed in an old schoolhouse, it collects local material tied to Native American history, early families, and the fishing life that came before the marina-and-condo boom.
It is a short stop rather than a destination on its own. Pair it with the Coastal Arts Center or the Backcountry Trail when you want a better sense of the town behind the beach.
