MOCA Tucson is the city's contemporary art museum, housed in a 1937 former fire station near the convention center. The exhibitions rotate quickly through emerging and mid-career artists, with a particular focus on artists with a Southwest connection.
Compact and free to wander — usually one or two shows on at a time and a small project room. Worth combining with the rest of downtown.
