Fayetteville, 50km south via the Razorback Greenway or Interstate 49, is the largest city in Northwest Arkansas and home to the University of Arkansas. Its Dickson Street entertainment district has the liveliest bar scene in the region. Rogers, between Bentonville and Fayetteville, has the Pinnacle Mountain trails and Beaver Lake, a large reservoir with good fishing and kayaking. Eureka Springs, about an hour east, is a Victorian hill town with a bohemian character and a well-preserved 19th-century downtown quite different from anything else in Arkansas.
