Dicken's is the kind of bar that makes a small town feel complete: a room with character, a genuinely good wine list focused on Mendocino and Anderson Valley producers, and an atmosphere that is warm without being precious. It occupies one of the Victorian storefronts on Main Street and draws a mix of local artists, vineyard workers passing through, and the occasional visitor who has figured out that this is where to go. The pours are generous and the staff are knowledgeable about the local wine scene. There is no food to speak of, but no one seems to mind.
