The Bradford House is a 1902 Queen Anne home on Palm Circle, built by Albert Sumner Bradford — a banker, civic founder, and one of the men responsible for incorporating Placentia in 1926. The house has been preserved by the Placentia Founders Society and is open for occasional tours and community events.
The detailed wooden ornamentation, the wraparound porch, and the carriage house are the obvious draws. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and, like the George Key Ranch, gives you a slice of Placentia before the freeways arrived.
