Gaslamp Museum at the Davis-Horton House

The Gaslamp Museum is housed in the Davis-Horton House, one of the oldest surviving buildings in downtown San Diego. It gives useful context for the Gaslamp Quarter's Victorian streetscape, with rooms and exhibits on early San Diego life.

It is also the visitor base for the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation. If you want more than a casual wander through the district, check whether one of its guided walks is running.
