RiNo

RiNo (River North) is Denver's arts and crafts district — a former industrial zone north of downtown along the South Platte that started filling with studios in the 2000s and is now packed with breweries, distilleries, street art, and serious restaurants. Larimer Street and Walnut Street between 25th and 36th are the densest stretches.

The murals are the giveaway: nearly every building in the district has a wall painted by a different artist, refreshed annually during the Crush Walls festival. Wander, drink, eat: Denver Central Market on Larimer, Hop Alley for modern Chinese, Spangalang Brewery, the long bar at Death & Co's Denver outpost in the Ramble Hotel.
