Creamery Arts Center occupies a renovated creamery building on Bridge Street and serves as Hotchkiss's main arts hub. It has a gallery, classes, clay studio work, events, and a summer farmers market in Creamery Park.
The centre is modest, but it says a lot about the North Fork Valley: old agricultural buildings being reused by artists, farmers, and small-town organizers rather than turned into anonymous retail.
