Boca Raton is on I-95 between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Brightline and Tri-Rail both stop in Boca, which makes it one of the easier South Florida beach cities to reach without a car, though you will still want rideshares or a rental car for the beaches and suburban sights.
