Red Reef Park is Boca's best beach if you want more than a towel and a tan. A shallow reef lies close enough to shore for easy snorkelling in calm conditions, with small tropical fish, parrotfish, and the occasional ray visible without taking a boat.
The park has lifeguards, showers, picnic areas, and access to Gumbo Limbo across the road. Parking is expensive for non-residents and fills early in season, but the beach is clean and the reef makes it worth the fuss.
