Walt Disney World

Four theme parks and two water parks in one massive complex

Disney World is not one park but a small city of them. Magic Kingdom is the flagship — the castle, the classic rides, the best park for younger kids. Epcot, twice the size, splits between Future World (science and tech) and the World Showcase, a loop of pavilions representing different countries. Animal Kingdom stretches across 500 acres of landscaped habitat with more than 1,700 animals. Hollywood Studios leans into showbiz and film nostalgia.

Two water parks — Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach — round out the complex. A short stay forces you to choose; a longer one lets you hit everything. Park-hopper tickets are worth the upgrade if you plan to visit more than one park per day.
