Mead Botanical Garden is a 47-acre green space in Winter Park, with wetlands, garden paths, a butterfly garden, and an amphitheater. It is less formal than nearby Leu Gardens, and works well as a quiet walk with birds, shade, and older garden structures.
The garden is close to central Orlando and Winter Park, so it is easy to combine with the area's museums, shops, or restaurants.
