The Circle is Sebring's downtown plan: instead of a main street, the old centre wraps around a round civic space on Scenic Highway FL-17. It is quiet now, with many businesses shifted toward US-27, but the layout is still unusual enough to make a short wander worthwhile.
Come for the townscape, not shopping bustle.
