Sands Space History Center is the easiest Cape Canaveral space-history stop because it sits outside the Space Force Station gate. Exhibits cover launch ranges, early rockets, and the people who made the Cape work.
It is smaller and quieter than Kennedy Space Center, but that is part of the value. You get a closer look at the range's local history without committing most of a day.
