Delphi sits at the junction of US-421 and State Route 25 in central Indiana, around 100 km (60 miles) northwest of Indianapolis and 30 km (20 miles) east of Lafayette. The drive from Indianapolis is about 90 minutes on I-65 north to Lebanon and then state highways the rest of the way. The drive from Lafayette is about half an hour.
There is no public transport to Delphi — the railroad through town has been long gone and there is no scheduled bus service. The nearest commercial airport is Indianapolis (IND); Purdue University Airport in West Lafayette handles small private flights. The small Delphi Municipal Airport five kilometres south of town has a single grass runway for general aviation.
