Passages is the closest Rock Hall has to a destination restaurant, in an old wooden house on Main Street with a wraparound porch. The kitchen takes Eastern Shore seafood — rockfish, oysters, soft-shells in season — and treats it with more attention than a crab deck does. Local ingredients lead and the wine list is small and well-chosen.
Closed Mondays. Booking recommended for weekend evenings. The covered porch is the best seating in warm weather.
