Peggoty Beach is one of the easiest beach stops to pair with Scituate Harbor. It is a half-mile of sand, close enough that you can fold it into a harbour walk if you do not want to make the day all about driving.
The usual South Shore beach-parking limits apply in summer. Outside the busiest weeks, it is a simple place to hear the water and reset the day.
