Right Brain Brewery in the Warehouse District is one of the anchors of Traverse City's craft beer scene and is known for adventurous, often unusual beer recipes — smoked bacon stout, cherry wheat, a well-regarded line of IPAs and seasonal releases. The taproom is casual and lively, with the brewery visible through windows behind the bar. There is usually a food menu or food trucks parked outside.
The Warehouse District itself has grown into a cluster of independent businesses, artisan producers, and studios a few blocks from the main drag, and Right Brain is a good reason to walk over and explore the neighborhood.
