An open-air outlet centre off Interstate 55 with around 75 stores selling factory-direct discounts on the usual brand suspects: Nike, Adidas, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Kate Spade, Levi's, Under Armour. It opened in late 2015 and instantly became the regional shopping draw for the Memphis metro area.
The layout is a long curving strip with covered walkways, fountains, and plenty of benches; it is genuinely pleasant to wander between stores even in the Mississippi summer humidity. Combine a visit with the adjacent Southaven Towne Center for a fuller day of shopping.
