Getting Around

Branson is car country. Attractions, theatres, lakes, and restaurants are spread across hills and along busy roads, and walking is practical only in compact pockets such as Branson Landing or individual attraction areas.

Traffic on Highway 76 can crawl during peak season and around showtimes. Build in extra time, use alternate routes when locals suggest them, and do not schedule back-to-back reservations on opposite sides of town.
