Switchcraft Brewing is a small-batch brewery occupying a converted space on Main Street that has become the Arts District's local pub of choice. The taproom rotates through eight to twelve house beers on draught — IPAs, lagers, stouts, and seasonals — and the quality is consistently above the usual craft brewery baseline.
The space is informal and dog-friendly, with long communal tables, exposed ductwork, and a roll-up garage door that opens the front to the street in cooler weather. Food trucks park outside on weekends. The brewery sits on the First Friday route and gets appropriately busy on those evenings. A solid anchor for the neighbourhood's emerging bar scene beyond the Velveteen Rabbit.
