The self-proclaimed largest bookstore devoted entirely to gambling has been a Vegas institution since 1964. More than 4,000 titles cover everything from poker strategy and card counting to the history and mathematics of casino games, including rare out-of-print volumes you won't find anywhere else. They also stock software and training videos for serious players.
The store sits well off the Strip in a no-frills downtown location -- this is where locals and pros come, not tourists looking for souvenirs. The motto says it all: "Knowledge is Protection." Open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
