Secret Pizza

Unmarked New York-style pizza counter hidden in a Cosmopolitan hallway

Address 3708 Las Vegas Blvd South, Cosmopolitan, level 3

Secret Pizza is exactly what it sounds like — a small pizza counter on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan, with no signage, no marquee, no listing on the directory. You find it by walking down an unmarked hallway lined with vintage album covers and following the smell of garlic. The pizza is real-deal New York: thin-crust, charred at the edge, large foldable slices, sold by the slice or whole pie until well after midnight.

It is the late-night Vegas food experience: cheap by Strip standards, the room is loud, the line wraps around the corner past 1 a.m., and there is nowhere to sit except a few high tables along the wall. Most people walk and eat. A staple of the post-club crowd on Cosmopolitan weekends.
