Mayo Performing Arts Center

The Mayo Performing Arts Center, known locally as MayoPAC, is Morristown's main venue for concerts, theater, dance, and comedy. It's housed in a renovated 1937 theater building a few blocks from the Green and books a genuinely strong lineup — national touring productions, world music acts, and major jazz and folk performers. The 1,200-seat house is intimate enough to feel connected to the stage from most seats.

For a suburban New Jersey town, the caliber of programming is notable. Check the schedule before you visit — a show here can be a highlight of a day trip from New York.
