Tatiana has operated on the Brighton Beach boardwalk since 1990 and remains the area's signature experience — a full dinner-show format with live musicians, dancers, and a rotating programme of entertainment through the evening. The menu covers Russian and Georgian seafood, grilled meats, and cold appetisers, all served to large tables beside the ocean. On warm nights the outdoor boardwalk terrace is where to be. Reservations are recommended on weekends.
