Silvercup Studios occupies a former bread factory in Long Island City and is the largest film and television production facility in the northeastern United States. The Sopranos, Sex and the City, 30 Rock, and Succession were among the productions filmed here. The giant Silvercup sign on the roof is a local landmark visible from the Queensboro Bridge. Tours are not offered but the exterior and surrounding area reflect the industrial character of the old LIC waterfront.
