Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts

Home of the Met Opera, NY Philharmonic, and NYC Ballet, the world's largest performing arts campus

Lincoln Center occupies a 16-acre campus on the Upper West Side and is the largest performing arts complex in the world. The Metropolitan Opera House, David Geffen Hall (New York Philharmonic), David H. Koch Theater (New York City Ballet) and the other constituent venues together present over 3,000 performances annually. The central plaza with its fountain was redesigned in 2010. Free outdoor performances and screenings run throughout summer on the plaza and adjacent parks.
