The Minot Railroad Museum tells the story of the railways that shaped north-central North Dakota and the wider push west across the northern plains. Exhibits cover local rail history, equipment, models, and the role trains played in turning Minot into a regional hub.
It is a modest museum, but a good stop if you are interested in prairie towns, rail history, or travelling the Great Plains by train.
